Beautiful 3 BR Lakefront Home with Private Dock

Enjoy a lakefront getaway on beautiful Lake Malone, only a few short steps to your private dock! Our home is in the most convenient, walkable location, only a half mile to the Shady Cliff Marina. Camp Harmony has three bedrooms, each with Queen beds, and bathrooms on both the main and lower levels, along with two screened in porches and a deck. There is also a futon in the downstairs living room. Please no events, parties, or smoking of any kind on the property. We have missed Lake Malone, and the kind folks who bought it recently sold it to it back to us. We invite you to get away to Camp, Harmony, and enjoy a relaxing retreat on Lake Malone. Enjoying lakefront living on two levels with screened in porches on both levels. You also have your own private dock and two kayaks. Pontoon rentals are available at the Shady Cliff marina. Please call in advance for availability. Guest access Guests have access to our entire property including the dock. Other things to note We are SuperHosts with over 700 reviews averaging 4.98 stars for our homes in Nashville, North Carolina, and our prior listing for this Lake Malone house when we initially owned it. We allow one house trained dog up to 50 pounds with a $100 pet fee. No parking or events of any kind. No smoking of any kind in house or on property. There are two kayaks available for your use. Life preservers are located on the downstairs screened porch. We have a drip coffee maker upstairs and a Keurig downstairs. There is parking for three regular sized cars in front of our house. Additional free parking is a short walk away at the large Shady Cliff Marina lot located between the restaurant and Event Center. Please show them your support and have a meal or rent a pontoon boat!
