Located just a block away from our Kenton Armory & a few blocks away from our downtown area which offers antique shops & Boutique’s. Near ONU, OSU and University of Findlay. 9 miles from Mount Victory/antique shops. 3 miles from Kenton’s Hi-Road drive in The space This studio apartment is located in a multi unit home Other things to note I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Your cleaning fee pays for a thorough cleaning/Sanitation of floors, countertops, bathroom, and linens. In order to keep the cleaning fee at a minimum, please perform the following : #1 please empty all perishable food/ beverages from the refrigerator/ freezer and cabinets. #2 please wash all used dishes & place them in the strainer. #3 please bag up all trash and place it in the trash bin provided around the corner at the back of the property.
