Large Guest suite with sauna, in the country!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the country just minutes from Hanover. Our farm is situated on 60 acres of organic cropland. The bright, spacious walkout basement with a sauna, and a large private back yard with a patio is yours to enjoy. Hike the trails in Grey county, visit shops in surrounding towns, enjoy a festival, tour the farmers markets or visit the beaches of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. We are close to snowmobile trails, snowshoeing trails and ATV trails a large tobogganing hill. The space The entire bright walkout basement is yours during your stay. (we live on the main floor) You will have your own parking spot(s) as well as your own private entrance. The large living area has a fireplace to enjoy during the colder months. We are now are hooked up to Fibre internet. In the kitchenette you will find a fridge stocked with a few basics. There is also a Keurig supplied with coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, tea, as well as a microwave that can also be inverted into an oven. A bbq with a side burner, is on the patio area for your convenience. There is also a toaster and a double portable stove top. Cooking essentials are provided. A large bedroom has a queen bed. In common spaces there is a pull out bed. An air mattress and a pack n play are also available on request. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) and is stocked with shampoo, body wash, towels, hair dryer. Outside you have your own large private yard and patio to enjoy. The fire pit is stocked with wood. There is also a play center for the children. Please note the play center is a shared area. Make sure you also take time to relax in the sauna! We are located very close to the snowmobile trails. walking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country ski trails are a 2 min drive. Also very close to a great public tobogganing hill. Snowshoes are available upon request. (2 pairs) Guest access Guests have their own parking spot(s). A private walkway leads to the entrance of the walk out basement. The walkway has half a flight of stairs. The entire basement is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The fire wood is supplied for the fire pit and the fire place.
