Sunrise Beach Club Unit 108. This one bedroom condo has a King Bed and full bath located upstairs from the main living area. The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your meals and just relaxing after a day at the beach. Also downstairs is a Queen Sleeper Sofa with a Foam Memory Mattress. The space A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's. The unit is located with a garden view, just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach where you could enjoy a nice long walk at sunrise or sunset. In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays. Guest access Guests have access to the pools, laundry room, Viola's, a Bar/Restaurant open from 7 AM until Midnight, and a 1 minute walk to beautiful Cabbage Beach. Other things to note Some other things to note. There are beach towels in the unit, a hair dryer, free wifi, free calling to the USA and Canada from the condo, Cable TV, an iron and ironing board, and for those of you who have a baby, I have a Pack'n Play available at no cost. For your information I have purchased a brand new Queen Sleeper Sofa with a Gel Foam Memory Mattress on March 27th, 2019.
