Perfect location and beach views from every room! Closest to Hangout Musicfest! Our condo is the only condo in the complex with views of the beach from every room! Located across the street from the 17 million dollar newly renovated Gulf Shores public beach and only a short walk to The Hangout, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this condo is where you want to stay! Free covered parking for your vehicle! The space Our little gem by the beach is a 1,150 sq foot, 2 story condo facing the ocean w/ 2 porches, 2 BR, 1.5 BA! Our unit is the first condo of a small town house complex at the corner of W. Beach Blvd and 2nd Street, facing the beach. Our condo actually has 2 addresses being on the corner of 2 streets, so for GPS purposes, the South Winds complex sign shows 110 W. 2nd Street. We have great views of the beach and ocean without the crowds of a high rise. The city of Gulf Shores has recently completed a 17 Million dollar beach revitalization project across the street from us. They have added a bathhouse, palm trees, parking and a nice boardwalk. You can walk to several restaurants or shops, then sit on either of your two porches and enjoy your location. You feel like you are in your own home and nothing like a hotel. The bedrooms are extremely well kept and big. The rooms include a King bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have mounted flat screen tvs and huge closets. Two bedrooms and one bath are upstairs. The main level has the living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room that does not obstruct any of your great views. The kitchen is finished with granite and stainless steel, fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and appliances, including coffee maker/Keurig combination, toaster, and a Ninja blender. To ensure safety of our guests, guests are to supply their own food, coffee, tea and other choice of beverages. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo...just make sure to bring laundry detergent of your choice! For your convenience and use while at the beach, we have some beach supplies such as floats, boogie boards, a wagon to take your belongings to the beach, a cooler and more! We ask our guests to please be respectful and use these items with care as we cannot guarantee what will be available upon your arrival. Our complex has an outdoor pool which is open from April through September. We also provide internet access. We have DVDs, playing cards and board games. We also have FREE covered parking for two vehicles and feel free to bring your bicycles and bicycle lock as they can be kept in covered parking area as well! There are bike lanes and Gulf State Park close by with bike trails throughout the park. No smoking in our condo and unfortunately pets are not allowed in the entire complex. We are the closest condo to the Hangout Musicfest and Shrimp Fest is held across the street from our condo in October and we hear it is a blast! What better than to have the entertainment come to you with free listening at your home away from home! Refunds are given for mandatory evacuation at 100%. Other things to note Cancellation Policy 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
