Condo features 2 King size beds in master bdrm, and 2nd bdrm, and also 2 twins (Bunks). Master bdrm and living rm has balcony. Lg separate laundry rm. the condo has a Spacious OCEANSIDE balcony. The resort is still under construction. This complex is located on the Ocean. Resort has minimum age of 21 years age to rent. Must show proof at resort. The space Water slides are partially heated. 24 hour security. Looking for a quiet stay on the beach? This is located at Playa Azul Resort, condo is on the 5th floor with a great view of the ocean. The complex is still under construction at this time. New amenities becoming available all the time! Guest access The private condo has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths, full kitchen and living space. Other things to note The resort will collect a $7/per person per day fee (on all guest above age 2) for resort amenities including the following: The hot tub, the Pools, Kids water park with slides, volleyball court and soccer goals are available. This fee is not negotiable and will be collected by the front desk. No refunds will be given for inability to read descriptions. As like many of the roads in the area, the road to the resort is a dirt road, please drive slowly and carefully.
