Set among the hills and woodlands surrounding Loch Lomond, Lomond Woods Holiday Park is located in the picturesque village of Balloch, 20 miles north of Glasgow city center. Guests can take part in ranger-led walks in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National park, or enjoy water sports, cycling and fishing in the local area. A choice of caravans and lodges are available at Lomond Woods and all feature a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a dining area. A children’s playground and games room with table tennis and pool are available on site, as well as free parking. Golf courses at Cameron House and Buchannan castle are open to the public and both can be reached within a 15-minute drive. Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium is a 5-minute drive away. The S-pods provide a glamping experience for up to 6 people (max 4 adults). This pod offers a mezzanine level with child twin beds, fold-out sofa bed in the lounge area and dining table that converts into a double bed. This S-Pod offers a shower room, kitchen area with a 4 burner hob, grill, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The accommodations also provides Freeview TV with built in DVD, heating and outdoor decking. Please advise at time of booking if a pet-friendly camping pod is required, as these are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated.
