The house has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and lots of closet and storage space in each room. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, smart TV with Netflix and HBO, and games and books. There is a large desk in the office area that is perfect if you need to get some work done. You'll want to use the fully appointed kitchen with gas range, microwave, and dishwasher, and enjoy your meals in the bright, airy dining room or outside in the rear courtyard. We have a Keurig coffee maker and provide coffee and tea for our guests. Feel free to drink the bottle of wine! There is a full bathroom with a tub and an additional half bathroom. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap. You are welcome to use the washer and drier in the basement along with our detergent and drier sheets. Guests have access to the entire house and yard except for the attached mother-in-law suite, which is a separate unit with its own private entrance and separate backyard. The house has keypad access on the front door; the code will be supplied the morning of check-in. Guests can park in the driveway or on the street. You will receive the keypad code the morning of check-in, and can access the property at your convenience. We like to provide space and privacy for our guests - throughout your stay we are available by AirBnB message, text, or phone to address your questions or concerns. We are happy to provide recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment. We love the centrally located neighborhood! The popular Hyder Park is 1 block away at the end of the street, and is known for Tasty Tuesdays with music, free yoga, vendors, and several food trucks. Ernie Pyle library is just around the corner. The house is within walking distance of Nob Hill and the University of New Mexico, and just minutes from the airport, KAFB, Sandia National Labs, the VA, stadiums, downtown, and the highways. Despite being centrally located, it's a quiet, peaceful, and safe neighborhood. We like it so much we live nearby! Inquire if you need early check-in or late check-out.
