Welcome to the beautiful mountain town of Lautenthal in the Upper Harz Mountains! You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Our house is a former forester's house at the top of the Bromberg, from which you can look out over the rooftops of the village. A paved and well-maintained asphalt road leads directly to us. Directly from our house the forest with many hiking trails starts. A garden staircase leads down and here you will find your separate entrance with a large terrace and sun terrace. From here you can look directly into the valley and at the church tower. All two and a half rooms we have on this floor are equipped with: Box spring bed with topper Flat-screen TV Free Wi-Fi Fridge (which can also be turned off at night :)) Sideboards Table and chairs Kettle Microwave coffee maker We are also happy to prepare a breakfast for you to start the day in our breakfast room. We charge 8.50 euros per person for this. Our two and a half rooms share a modern bathroom in the middle, which is cleaned several times a day. Guest access The entire guest floor with terrace and sun terrace During your stay On the day of arrival, we need an approximate arrival time at the latest so that our house is occupied and we can greet you in person. On your bed is the Wi-Fi access where you can log in for free. If you have any questions or requests, you can always ring the bell above (where we also greeted you, front door on the left side of the house) or you will also find our cell phone number in the room. In rare cases, we are not at the house at the time of your arrival. Then you will find our cell phone number on the front door and we will explain where to find the key. If your arrival is after 9 PM, this costs a 15 euro late arrival fee and we need a copy of your ID for check-in so that we can deposit your key in the key safe. Other things to note Since Lautenthal is a climatic health resort, a tourist tax of 1.75 euros per person is due in cash.
