PANORAMIC VIEW OF LAKE CUMBERLAND A Spacious two-bedroom, one-bath home that sleeps up to 8 people. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, gas and charcoal grills, flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, central A.C., and a spacious deck. It is furnished with the following beds: one king, one queen/one double in the second bedroom, and two twin beds (daybed and trundle). Enjoy the stars at night while gathering around the fire pit for a good old-fashioned campfire. The space Our home is completely updated with all the amenities that you need to cook, grill, or just relax. We have a fully stocked kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have a stack washer/dryer in a renovated bathroom with granite floors. The dining room features a pub-height table that seats 6, and 3 more stools at the kitchen counter. The living room that overlooks the lake spans the complete back of the house and has 2 separate sliding door walkouts to a covered deck and an open deck. It features a fireplace with a 40" flatscreen and a Blu-ray player that enables you to access things like Netflix and Pandora. Our spacious deck is partly covered with a table that seats 6 people and an open deck with a covered porch swing. The deck offers sweeping panoramic views overlooking Lake Cumberland, Pittman Creek, and the rolling hills stretching for miles. Steps lead down to a large firepit. There are additional chairs stacked together on the deck that can be used on the deck or around the fire pit. Differentiating Home Features 1. Location - We are conveniently located about 10 miles from Somerset and 5 miles from Burnside Marina. Guest access You have full access to everything in the house, the driveway and the turnaround semi-circle. Other things to note There is a pet fee for a dog of $80 and $150 for two dogs. You can rent boats and jet skis at Burnside Marina just 5 miles from our home. Should you need anything during your stay, Somerset has many fine restaurants, Kroger, Walmart, and a shopping mall.
