Casa Marina is a Bed & Breakfast property located at the center of Pagsanjan Town very near quaint restaurants, bars and shops that line the historical town plaza. The King Suite Riverside Room is a private room on the ground floor. It has a lovely view of Pagsanjan River. The room comes with an ensuite Toilet and Shower. We DO NOT have shared bathrooms. The price indicated on AirBnB is for one Private Suite per night and inclusive of Breakfast for paying guests. The property is a heritage home renovated to include modern conveniences. Great care was taken to ensure the home stayed true to the original. All the wood from the old house were rescued and those that cannot be reused were repurposed into furniture, shelves, flooring and paneling. Even the old furniture such as the Console TV, Tube Radio's, Living and Dining Sets and Cabinets were kept and refurbished. The result is a well appointed, vintage home complete with all the modern amenities to make your stay convenient and memorable. Guests will have access to the common areas of the property and all its furniture. Casa Marina has a book library, board games, vinyl record collection and a mini display of vintage items. Everything is yours to enjoy. We just ask that care be taken so that others may appreciate them too. This home is a music lover's sanctuary. We are avid vinyl records collectors and have setup an audio system for your enjoyment. We have records in the house that you can play or bring your own, if you still have them. There are many quiet nooks in the house where you can do some private reading. We have a sizable library and encourage guests to exchange or donate books for the enjoyment of others. Central to Casa Marina is an open Pergola where you can have your meals. We serve Filipino and Continental breakfast to guests and visitors. The Pergola has a great view of the famous Pagsanjan River and leads down into the sunken garden. The sunken garden is equipped with a barbecue grill and fire pit. Great for outdoor get togethers, campfire songs and marshmallow roasts. We do offer outdoor barbecue on occasion so do ask us about the schedules. Pagsanjan is the center of tourism in Laguna province. It is famous for Pagsanjan Falls and the exhilarating canoe ride through the gorge and the rapids. Pagsanjan is also the geographic center of Laguna, which makes it an ideal base to explore the other destinations in the province such as; Caliraya Lake, San Pablo Seven Lakes, Cavinti Underground River and Cave Network, Nagcarlan underground cemetery, Mount Banahaw foothills of Majayjay, Hulugan Falls of Luisiana and all the beautiful Churches of Laguna.
