Mision Viejo is a serene gated community with secure parking. Walking distance to beach and great view of the ocean from the 4th floor terrace. To reach the terrace, there are 4 flights of stairs or an elevator. Close to Puerto Nuevo and downtown Rosarito. Ensenada and Tijuana are about 25 min. away. Public and private transportation, wine tours, and other attractions, leave from our development. The ocean waves will sooth you and you can have as much activity as you like. We have an elegant four story home in a highly desired gated community with a great location. The Aztec Room is located in the courtyard, as you exit the first floor of our home. It is one of two casitas in the court yard. It is a newly decorated private room with full bathroom, closet space, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, wifi, and cable tv. The courtyard has new furniture, a fountain, and lighting for you to relax or enjoy catching up with family or friends. You can also access our newly furnished and decorated terrace on the 4th floor with an amazing view of the ocean and coastline, mini fridge, restroom and BBQ. We are close to beaches, markets, casual and elegant dining, great seafood, live music, Mexican artisans, shopping and lots more. You will have access to the newly decorated courtyard and 4th floor outdoor terrace that has a spectacular view of the ocean and coastline, area for lounging, mini fridge, BBQ, and restroom for your convenience. You can enjoy the view during the day or see the city lights at night. I allow my guests privacy. If we are needed, we can easily be reached. We are a close knit beach community, near sand dunes, a few minutes from sandy beaches and surfing, and surrounded by fun eating places, Mexican artisans and culture. There are street tacos, tasty tamales, and a variety of casual restaurants, along with elegant dining experiences. We are close to Puerto Nuevo, famous for the lobster restaurants with ocean views and strolling musicians, and too much to mention. We have easy access to anywhere. New public transportation buses stop at our development and have routes to Ensenada (25 min away), Rosarito (15 min away), or Tijuana (25 min away). Taxis, UBER and private transportation is also available. There are wine tours to the world famous Valle de Guadalupe wineries that leave from our entrance. Our home does not have handicap access. We have 3 rooms that we rent to individuals or groups of up to 6 guests. They are listed separately under Encanto del Mar, Casita Blue Room and Encanto del Mar, Panama Room.
