Modern 4-bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Chatuge with private boat dock & swim deck. The house sleeps 8 people and includes awesome amenities like strong Wifi, a dedicated workspace, Dish TV, full kitchen and gas grill, an outdoor fire pit, kayaks & life vests, a full-sized ping pong table & plenty of space for indoor & outdoor fun. Just 5 minutes to Hiawassee and 15 minutes to Hayesville. Two hours from Atlanta, Asheville & Chattanooga in the scenic N. Georgia mountains. The space Our beautiful cottage boasts all the comforts of home & everything from the sheets to the silverware is selected with your comfort and convenience in mind. This custom-built modern cottage offers nearly 180-degree lake views, a private dock, an outdoor deck with grill and eating area plus a spacious backyard with a fire pit & outdoor seating, a grassy backyard, and easy access to the lake. Bedrooms are laid out as follows - Primary Bedroom: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (downstairs) Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds (downstairs) The primary bedroom is truly luxurious with a king bed, private bath with a large soaking tub and separate shower, and a huge double vanity. Bedroom two shares a bathroom with the main level space and bedrooms 3 & 4 share a full bathroom on the terrace level. There is a dining room with seating for 8, a great room with a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling, and a spacious terrace level family room with a comfy sectional sofa, big screen TV, a ping pong table, books & games. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances as well as a toaster oven, coffee maker, Ninja blender & microwave, and all the cooking and baking essentials you’ll need to whip up simple or elaborate meals. Linens, towels, starter paper products, soaps & detergents are provided. Guest access We have two kayaks and a Bellyak (similar to a kayak, but you lay on your belly and paddle with your hands) for guest use. Two adult and two child life jackets are provided, and 8 lake towels are available for outdoor use. Other things to note We do not accept long-term bookings (more than 14 days) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you are interested in an extended stay outside of these dates, please message us!
