Country House Allende. 45 mins from Monterrey

Beautiful country house "Las Tortugas" 45 mins away from Monterrey in Allende. Nice town with nice people and entertainment. Has TV and a pool. Perfect for making some carnes asadas on our grill. All areas are open to you. Far away from any neighbors, perfect place to relax with family or friends. There is a person always there to tend to your needs. Less than 5 minutes away from the nearest Gas Station or Convenience. Welcome! The space Enjoy a spacious house surrounded by 30,000 sq. meters of nature. You can spend the day in a huge swimming pool (more than 60 sq. meters) where there is a wet bar area, and an area for small children. You can play sports around the house or go exploring the small lake at the end of the property where turtles and ducks may be found. At night you can enjoy the fireplace, playing board games, or have a barbecue while you watch the stars. It is a 45 minutes drive to a place of peace and tranquility where you reconnect with nature, family and friends Its not near any big cities so star gazing is encouraged, a telescope can be made available upon request. Really close to convenience stores so you won't have any trouble with your groceries. Guest access You will have access to all the ranch except a storage place separated from the house. Other things to note There's a designated place for making your campfires, a full kitchen for your cooking, a grill for your BBQ's. The road to get to the Ranch is completely paved until the last 200-300 meters that are a dirt road which is easily accesible. Pool season is from mid March to end of October. There is a new area with a firepit. Pets are allowed and welcome outside of the house. There is a fine in case pets enter the house and 100 USD extra cleaning fee. No parties allowed.
