Description

This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit. The space This was built as a "mother-in-law" apartment so it is physically connected to our house. However, it is very private. There are 2 solid core doors separating the two units. Guest access Guests have their own private front door, and garage. The garage is narrow, but really long---so plenty of space for skiis or bikes. Other things to note We are in our 60's so it is usually pretty quiet on our side, although occasionally we have guests or grandchildren over you may be able to hear. We also occasionally host small parties (dry), but I always text our guest with a warning they may hear more people. We are never, ever noisy after 10PM.
