Hilltop Cottage in Pentwater Village

This is a custom built vacation home with central air-conditioning, built in music speakers throughout the house and WiFi. We are 3 blocks from downtown, but secluded with that "up north" feel. This home is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of room upstairs and on the lower level. Park your car and use the bikes already at the house to get around town or to the beach. Spend your evenings at the fire pit or on the screened in porch! Other things to note For Saturday to Saturday stays in the summer, we cannot provide linens. Guests are expected to bring sheets and bath towels. We will provide blankets, comforters, pillows and mattress pads for each bedroom.
