Central air, a kitchen stocked with dishes & cookware, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, TV w/internet, wi-fi & a large table that seats 11 people. BED & BATH linens NOT include RENTAL CONTRACT REQUIRED to confirm rental The space NOT INCLUDED-bed & bath linens Limit 3 vehicles per rental; 1 on SHARED driveway, 2 on stone parking pad. You are responsible for all paper products (garbage, TP, PT ect) Centeral Air conditioning Kayaks seasonal when lake is full May15th-Oct1st Signed rental contract due within 10 days of booking Guest access 110 ft of waterfront with dock Other things to note Monthly rates available November - March at $1750/month.
