Note: 4WD is strongly recommended during winter months. 2025-STR-AO-140 The space There are two bedrooms, the downstairs bedroom is enclosed with a door and the upstairs bedroom is a loft bedroom. There is 1 spacious bathroom. The house works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. - Kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans, utensils and spices. - Coffee and tea is provided. - Includes cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, body wash shampoo, and conditioner. - Towels and Linens provided (a new clean set added for guests staying over 1 week) - House has a washer/dryer. - Turntable and speakers with iPhone hookup provided. - Woodstove - Bring your own firewood. - Smart TV, Apple TV, Spectrum, HDMI port connection. - Puzzles, Games & Art Supplies. - There is a parking space that can accommodate 2 cars along the parking railing. - Our driveway is a Cul de sac and you can depart by continuing and driving around the road. Unless covered by snow in the winter. Guest access The entire house is for rent, this is the guest house on our property with the main house next door. We come up most weekends. Your welcome to wander the grounds, and use the firepit. Other things to note IN THE WINTER MONTHS 4WD IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED During snow storms, the road is plowed by a private company and may have slower response times than on major roads. We encourage enjoying the slower pace of mountain life.
