Hide Away Studio Guesthouse

This is a small studio guesthouse. It is a semi- detached space from main house. Has a private parking space under carport. It is located in the center city of the area. 3-5 mins drive to eating and shopping areas. Comes with refrigerator, toaster, two burner hot plate, microwave, tv (Netflix access if you have an account), coffee maker and coffee. Refrigerator has water free of charge and a new and improved WiFi and the addition of Direct Cable TV as of 1/3/2019 The space The Guest has the entire space tucked away on a corner lot. Very private and quite with a small patio for smoking or just relaxing in the sun. $500 smoking fee applied if smoking occurs inside. Guest access Guest has the entire guesthouse. Other things to note No smoking inside. Please use outdoor patio area for smoking. There is a $500 charge for smoking inside, as it takes several days of cleaning to get rid of the smoke. There are outdoor cameras. There is a $25 per night for the second person. There is a pet fee of $250 for inside cleaning. Outside must be free of dog poop!
