Beautiful knotty pine, hickory kitchen, marble counters, lake views, steps to lakefront, handicap entrance at back, cable WiFi & smart tv, 800 total sqft. On lake livingston, 3 piers, swings, fishing, boating, bbq, fire pits, picnic areas. It's 2 bdrms PLUS a 3 bed loft. Comfortably sleeps 7 via 5 beds (suggest max 4 or 5 adults and the rest children). Guest access 3 Piers, swings, nice views, fishing areas, fish cleaning stations, boat slips or docking, boat launch, swimming area, byo boat or we have small craft rentals ($35 each per day w/ life vests & paddles), or pontoon tour & guided fishing trip rental, grassy areas, hiking area, bbqs, fire pits & bonfire areas, picnic tables, outdoor chairs, etc 2.5 acres, campfire, fishing, kayak, canoe, row or peddle boats, & pontoon w/captain rental, or BYO boats. Other things to note We are on a natural lake and there can be in wetlands area across the street or in any uncleared brush snakes, spiders, snapper turtles, alligator across the bridge, hawks, eagles, raccoons, etc. No real danger but occasionally for a couple days usually in spring or early summer, mom alligator will come and drop off a baby alligator off every couple years, stats with it a couple days then leaves. Baby tends to be about 3’ to max 3.5’ when this happens, is too small to be issue, can still only eat max size bullfrogs, kind of fun to watch, but then normally leaves as well within a few weeks cuz too much activity from us. Parks & Wildlife and licensed trappers both said to leave them alone when this small, just do what we do because most the little one can do is eat bullfrog and will leave to find different home if we keep up our activities. And after 8 years we see this is correct.
