There is no kitchenette in this unit, but it does come with a water dispenser, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, a microwave, a toaster oven, plates, bowls, and utensils. Shower is in the room and part of the charm. There is a couch that turns into a full bed. Guest access You have access to the casita, which is just off the garages. Access to the beach is through a courtyard and down a side ramp to the sand.
