Guest access Guests can use the whole property and half of the garage. The garage has limited space and is motorcycle parking only. The closets in the garage are not for guests. The swimming pool is heated to 82 F, for extra heat to the pool there is an extra $35 per night fee. Other things to note The local boat slip is at Bings landing which is about a ten minute drive from the house, this is free to use. Hammock Beach is about a ten minute drive away over the toll bridge, Flagler beach is about a 15 minute drive. Publix is a ten minute drive away and Walmart is 15 minutes away.
