Our large family apartment has a space of 82 m2 and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The apartment has a fully equipped living room/kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and small oven, a sunny balcony overlooking the garden and beautiful mountain surroundings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. In the house there is a ski cellar, where a drying installation for shoes and clothes has also been installed. Furthermore, the guest garden can be used. We are located in Mallnitz, in the Hohe Tauern National Park. Mallnitz is located at the foot of the local mountain Ankogel with cable car (summer and winter). For our guests, we offer numerous facilities/services. Ask your host about this. Guest access Your apartment is on the first floor. The apartment is accessible through the main entrance and central hall where the reception, breakfast room and owner's home are located. The apartment has its own entrance, so all the rooms are available for you inside the apartment. In the basement of the building (-1) there is a lockable, heated ski room, where you can deposit your ski shoes, clothing, ski equipment (own responsibility) and dry in our drying equipment. Other things to note Additional costs: Final cleaning €60 Tourist tax: High season €5.00 per day per person / Low season €3.50 per day per person. These fees must be paid directly to the owner. Breakfast service: (optional) Guests can enjoy our small Sweet Petit breakfast buffet every day. This includes: bread, rolls, sweets such as jam and chocolate spread, cheese, yogurt, granola, juice, and coffee/tea. The cost for this is €12.50 per person per day.
