Surrounded by mature trees and right on the shore of Silver Lake, this 100 year old Summer Home will take you away from big city stresses. Knotty-pine walls; hand built stone fireplace; upstairs deck; screened porch; and modern kitchen. The space Silver Lake is one of the few spring-fed, natural lakes in New Hampshire. Our cottage sits right on the water and includes a dock for easy access and swimming. The lot has 300 feet of shoreline, and the opposite bank is mostly a natural preserve. Our house includes a charming living/dining room with a rock fireplace, antique furniture, and a wall of windows overlooking the spectacular view. Other rooms on the main floor include the kitchen, master bedroom, two-twin bedroom, sun porch bedroom, lakeside deck, full bathroom, and half bathroom. Downstairs you will find the "walk-through" twin bedroom, "back" two-twin bedroom, "front" queen bedroom, and the screened porch. Guest access The house is accessed off of a horseshoe driveway. A stairway with railing leads to the front door. The stairway also splits and follows the side of the house to the dock.
