Cozy mini appartment in the centre of Arequipa

My property is very well located in the centre of Arequipa. The miniapartament is located in the second floor of my hotel, it’s completely independent with the benefit of having 24 hours doorman. Access via stairs, we do not have an elevator. Historical places, restaurants, supermarkets and everything is near by. Also,the area is safe to walk, you will find taxis at the door, buses,convenient stores and pharmacies at the corner. Parking is available in the building; however, you must reserve. The space The mini-apartament has a living and dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. It is fully furnished, ready to be occupied. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, pots and crockery. There are tvs in the master bedroom and in the living room. We have private parking; however, you must reserve a parking space before arriving. Parking spaces are subject to availability. Guest access Parking is available in the building. Laundry service, pick up service and tours are available for an extra fee. Also breakfast is available for a special price. Other things to note Doorman and private parking are Available 24 hours. Meetings, parties and smoking are not allowed. Silence time from 20:00 to 8:00 Hours.
