This section of Ocean Beach is close to everything...within steps: the main beach, dog beach, best restaurants, & great bars! A short bike ride will get you to Newport Ave shopping, Sunset Cliffs State Park, and Robb Field (sports fields). A short drive or cab ride will take you to the airport, SeaWorld, SD Zoo, Downtown SD, Balboa Park, all the beaches, and Mexico! (passport!) Guest access Full access Other things to note - Outdoor security system sees front door for guest safety. - This is a close quarters duplex near the beach so noise can travel easily, be courteous and nicely ask for the same from the neighbors if necessary - everyone is pleasant as per the SD attitude : ) - All of Ocean Beach is in the flight path of the airport's take-off routine. It is not terribly loud but it is noticeable. The official curfew is 11:30pm - 6:30am but Jet Blue, United, and Delta regularly break the curfew : / (Fly Southwest next time and keep OB quieter : ) - NO CABLE, only internet enabled TV streaming
