A jewel set in the Salento countryside,with a panoramic terrace showing you spectacular view from the morning with the suggestive mountains of nearby Albania, to the evening with the thousands of colours reflected by the sea.The villa, which has just been renovated and enhanced with a swimming pool, private bar,football and table tennis,boasts a privileged position for access to the hiking trails of the Leuca Otranto Park and is a 5-minute walk from the suggestive Grotta Verde. The space The main residence, accessed through the right-hand gate, is on the first floor of the villa and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people. It has 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a dining kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a bar area, a swimming pool with solarium and barbecue, a terrace with relaxation area, a laundry room with iron and ironing board, and two private parking spaces. The property is rented in its entirety; all indoor and outdoor spaces are private and you will not find other guests in the rented part of the estate. At various points of the property you will find sun loungers, chairs or small tables to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the Mediterranean maquis (carob, olive, pine trees), accompanied by the sound of cicadas. To refresh yourself, just take a dip in the elegant swimming pool, small but sufficient for a few strokes or to relax with friends. Guest access All spaces in the rented part of the villa are at the exclusive disposal of the guests. No one else may access them. Other things to note Linen, duvets and towels are not included. You can hire them at a cost of €15 per person regardless of the length of your stay. The welcome kit includes bed linen, a shower towel, a face towel, a bidet towel and 1 coffee capsule. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Final cleaning is not included. If you do not wish to clean before departure, we can call the cleaning company at a cost of 100€ for stays longer than 3 days, at a cost of 80€ for stays less than or equal to 3 days (except in cases of exceptional mess and dirtiness where the full rate will be charged). Dogs/pets are admitted free of charge, but subject to a reservation. You will need to inform us in advance about the size and total number of dogs (only small dogs are allowed, maximum 2). By proceeding with the booking, you declare that you accept the following conditions: - We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all guests staying at the property. Therefore, we will ask you to upload photos of your identity documents on our website for transmission to the local authorities. Your personal data is processed in full compliance with privacy legislation. - Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not permitted at this property unless expressly authorised in advance by us in writing. - A security deposit of 150€ is required.
