Finca Vidandrei "Casa Eucalipto" Valle de Guadalupe

Experience staying in this country house in the heart of the Guadalupe Valley Wine Zone with all the amenities that include: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and double futon, TV (HD) with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, AC and heating, indoor and outdoor shower in a nice private patio; living room/dining room/kitchenette/, 2 barbecues (gas and charcoal), fire pit, court and Petanque balls, board games, 2 bicycles; Adjacent to Lomita and TrasLomita and 200 meters from Cocina de Doña Estela. The space Casa Eucalipto is for a maximum of 4 people. We are located 200 meters from the restaurant LA COCINA DE DONA ESTELA and 100 meters from Lomita Vinícola Mexicana and the restaurants TRASLOMITA, LUNARIO, and 100 meters from horseback riding rentals. Our accommodation is pet friendly but there is an additional $25 charge per pet per night that must be paid in cash upon arrival. The guest is liable for any damage their pets may cause to the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. This must be notified prior to arrival. In the entire property which is 1.5 hectares, we only have 2 houses and they are 100 m apart from each other. There is enough space to park several cars in front of the house. The sand volleyball court and the fire pit located right next to the pool are common areas. Guests of both houses can make use of them. No parties or gatherings with outside visitors. The property is for the exclusive use of our guests, unless previously authorized by the owner. Additional guests to the 4 allowed in the house require prior approval. The house and property are for the whole family. As a safety measure due to Covid19 to maintain social distancing, the pool is for the exclusive use of Casa Mazahua guests. Casa Eucalipto guests cannot use the pool. If you use the fire pit, it is your responsibility to extinguish it with water. You can use water from the pool. There is a bucket right next to the fire pit to take the necessary water. If guests from the other house arrive, it is the responsibility of the last ones to leave to turn it off, not the ones who turned it on, unless otherwise agreed between you. Please do not put too much wood on the fire. Avoid very high flames. Guest access The house has 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed and a futon in the living/dining room that converts into a double bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower inside and outside the house in an outdoor patio, and a room that shares the breakfast bar, futon and kitchen. Other things to note Drinking water and coffee are free. The rest of the drinks in the house come with an additional cost. Prices are in the "Welcome Manual" and on the refrigerator door. When checking out, please leave the money for your consumption on the kitchen table. If you forgot your razor, mouthwash, toothpaste, and toothbrush, you can use the sealed packages in the bathroom and take them with you at no extra cost.
