This is a great room for 2 people in Casa Concepcion. You are centrally located to the famous beaches of Bahia Concepcion. Across the street is a private beach for our guests and residents of Playa Posada. We have a common area with Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Toaster Etc. Other amenities include Geothermal Hot Springs, Extensive Gym, Fenced Kids Play Zone, Pickleball, Tennis and library. Please write us direct with additional questions. The space Casa Concepcion is a 5 room boutique hotel with a shared common area with Television, Refrigerator , Microwave, and large patio with a great view of Bahia Concepcion. Strong Wifi. Guest access You will have access to all amenities including common area, Gym, Library, Pickleball and Tennis Court, Private Beach, Hot Springs and more. Other things to note We are an off grid community. We haul in all fresh water from well at a local ranch. Power is provided from Solar. We are located off of Highway 1. Most of the residents who live in the community are retired ex-pats. There is no phone service in the bay but we have strong wifi.
