The space *Contact Before Booking The house is fully renovated 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom house nestled in the heart of the Bedford Stuyvesant enclave of Brooklyn, NY. It is located 2-12 minute walk from 5 train stations (mass transit) A, C, J, and L trains. The house is 35-45 minutes from JFK by train once at the house you are 20-30 minutes Manhattan and 10-15 minutes from many of Brooklyns best attractions. This house offers three fully furnished apartments with uniquely different appeal but make for an outstanding shared experience. They all offer lots of natural sunlight and designed with our guest in mind.They both have crisp high thread count sheets and soft pillows with nicely decored bathrooms and contemporary feels. They all come with FREE WiFi, 1 with android TV and 2 with Apple TV that plays your computer iPad, iPod & iPhone through TV. The house accommodate 14 guests as follows: 2 Queen Beds- 4 2 Full Beds- 4 1 King Bed- 2 2 Full Blowup Mattressess- 4 2 fully functional kitchens awaits you where you'll find dishes and cookware for all your culinary desires and both apartments are equipped with a coffee maker so you are always able to enjoy a fresh cup of java throughout the day, toasters, and microwaves. There are culturally diverse full-service restaurants, café and bars all a short distance away with an exceptionally easy commute. Particulars The beds range from full sized to king size, with an addtional $40 nightly per person over 12. Rate does vary due to seasons. Requests for extension of stays should be made as soon as possible for possible accommodation. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11am. Guest access It is a quaint family home of which guest will have access to each apartment individually from inside the building. Other things to note This apartment is unique, not only because of the location, but because you will quickly feel the comforts of your home.....in this home :) *PLEASE NOTE Upon acceptance of reservation: 1. I will request the 1 and last names of all parties residing at home along with emails and telephone numbers. 2. I will request proof of internships, school, or work 3. Some guests have proven to nonchalant about electrical useage. I will pay up to 400.00 for electrical anything over that the guest will he asked to pay. This is done in hopes thst guest are more conscientious and less abusive with energy consumption. This is requested to authenticate ID of all guests. If not provided reservation will be canceled. Unfortunately these are the steps that must be taken for protection again scammers within the community.
