There may be a guest in the casita. No interaction is needed, but they are allowed to share the portion of backyard near the casita and park at the end of the turnaround. This home is my winter residence, so I will likely be traveling (I am a writer) or living with my partner on Whidbey Island, WA during your stay. I sometimes allow students of the 7 Centers Yoga in the teacher training program to stay in the casita adjacent to the home. They have a rigorous schedule and typically will not be interacting with house guests. They have been advised to park at the end of the driveway turnaround to facilitate guests of the main house to enter and leave safely. They do not have access to any of the main house but can use their portion of the backyard.
