This 1 bedroom 1 bath house is perfect for those in need of a temporary house whether it is for vacation, business, or between homes. The lakefront is great for fishing and swimming. This house has the most amazing sunsets in both Winter and Summer Pets are allowed with prior approval only. There is a $100 per pet fee. Bring your boat and water toys. There is a fire pit out back and wood is provided. The house has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The house is fully furnished. Fully furnished kitchen. Full-sized bathroom with tub/shower. Full-sized washer and dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch and a twin sized pull-out oversized chair. There is satellite TV and WIFI. Guest access The guest will have use of the entire house. Other things to note We also have 3 other 2 bedroom homes on the street that we vacation as well. If a larger space is needed or desired please let us know. There is private dock access behind our own house which is located in the neighborhood and on the same street. Bring your water toys if you would like, but we share ours for our guest's use.
