Safety Harbor is an old railroad town and as such, one remote end of Casa del Tren's yard is bordered by the railway. Yes, a train does come by every now and then, typically 6 to 8 cars, that come and go in less than a minute. You may stay for days and never see or hear a single train. However, please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as the payment processor charges this fee and cannot be reversed. Note 3: Pet Policy Dogs only, 25lbs or less. Well-trained, non-aggressive breeds only. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and the owner must pick up after their pets do their business in the yard. We accept larger dogs on a case-by-case basis. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we can discuss. There will be an additional $125 (+ FL Tax) added to all reservations including pets, for the additional cleaning required. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy :) Other things to note **For pet owners: small dogs only, under 25 lbs, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before your trip. A non-refundable $125 pet cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the regular cleaning fee. Guests who instant book will have pet cleaning fee added if applicable.
