Dining table come with 6 chairs and a bench, can easily serve 8 people. The home is ready to welcome guests for short or long stay! Some extra amenities includes free high speed internet WIFI, HD cable TV with more than 30 channels. Washer & Dryer are located on the second floor. The whole house is yours to enjoy except the utility and supply room near the entry. Garage door opener is available for guests by request. You are free to park on the driveway, or by the curb side. Many residences in the neighborhood are newer, built in 2000 or later. Across the street from Warm Springs Rd is Rhodes Ranch Town Center. You can find restaurants of many ethnic flavors, Starbucks café, fast foods, drug stores, clothing shops, convenience stores, grocery stores, banks and gas stations, all within walking distance. A super-mall (Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc) is within 10-minute drive. Life will be super easy if you have a car. Rental car in Las Vegas is fairly inexpensive. This home is less than 5 minutes from Beltway 215. It takes about 15 minutes to the Strip, convention centers, or to the LAS McCarran International Airport. Parking is free for all guests! Public transportation are available in Las Vegas. Please search RTC_SystemMap for route information. Bus 120 is running on Warm Springs Rd. It connects several other buses that take you everywhere in Vegas. The home is protected by home security system. Surveillance cameras are located on the outside of the building with 24/7 exterior monitoring. You will be given access code to enter the house prior to your arrival.
