The home is inside a small gated community with security guard 24/7 Private Pool with Heater (Upon request with extra fee) Inside the community there is a shared area with pool, tennis and pickle ball court plus a Basketball/soccer concrete court. Very calm residential area The space Very private area one step away from the white sand and a Blue clean ocean. Guest access Everything in the house is for your private use including the private pool. The Pool is Heated with an extra recovery fee only if requested. besides the private amenities, the house is located in a gated community with an additional communal pool, tennis court and pickle ball court that can be used. Other things to note Heated Pool can be requested with an extra charge of $50usd per night after the booking is made. Heating has to be paid for the total nights of the stay and must be requested at least 2 days in advance to ensure pool is up to temperature upon your arrival.
