Spacious loft, steps from all you will need

Included: AC, fiber internet, Roku streaming stick, front load W/D, sustainable tourism, the best neighborhood, really. All you need is steps away: public transit, Bring Your Own Wine restos, bars, and shopping. Enjoy a real Montreal neighbourhood, with family-owned shops, nightlife and restaurants, plus only 7 minutes to the mountain! The space The loft is comfortably appointed and well-maintained. We live here on and off to ensure that everything always functions well for a group vacationing, especially a group with children or those with limited mobility. I designed this loft so that my parents could stay alone with my children rather than in my apartment upstairs. Fall of 2018 the entire floor was replaced and the bathroom updated to include a handicap accessible shower (though the door is too narrow for larger wheelchairs). The loft has three bedrooms. One room has a queen bed, a single daybed with a rollout trundle that can be moved to elsewhere in the loft. Another room has a queen bed only, but a single bed can be added. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed with a single roll-out trundle. All of the high-quality sheets and duvet covers are washed each time. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well. Two bathrooms, one with a clawfoot tub and very large shower, no sills just a flat tiled surface with a hand shower and a rain shower. The other smaller bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Both are equipped with many towels and essential products like soap and shampoo. There is a pool table and a huge bar for eating and hanging out at in the kitchen. There is also a table that can be unfolded to accommodate more people or a larger puzzle in the main room. The loft is accessed through a neighbouring courtyard, so there is no outdoor space and the courtyard absolutely can not be used for congregating. Never climb up on the terraces of the other apartments or look in their windows. However, once you are inside, you won't disturb anyone! The loft is right around the corner from shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, parks, and anything you may want while you stay in friendly Montreal. Sorry, no bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar groups as the loft is accessed through a courtyard where many people live. Guest access Included in the price is daily deliveries of pastries or a platter of equal value if you don't want to be disturbed every morning. If you prefer nothing, please let me know. If a food option is not selected 14 days prior to arrival (unless the booking is last minute), no food will arrive. Also included in the price are the sales taxes of 14.975% and the professional cleaning of the sheets and duvet covers. Products like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and shampoo are refilled at Frenco En Vrac to limit the footprint of this lodging. Along with the high-speed wireless and Netflix (you can sign on to your subscriptions through the Roku). I have lots of gear for the younger crowd, including a crib, excersaucers (we call them command centres), high chair, play pen, baby gate, and many toys, but these don't live in the space so please ask for them in advance. Courtyard is rented to permanent tenants; please respect their privacy. No smoking. Other things to note This is a registered Bed & Breakfast. As such you can choose between daily, morning deliveries of pastries or a welcome platter of savouries and cheeses or bagels and lox with veggies. The three options are of equal value. The pool table is not crooked. It evidently had been moved which is why one guest stated that it was not balanced. The pool table was moved back and rebalanced. Please do not move the pool table.
