Built in 1897, it is elegantly restored and situated on 2 acres of private property. European interior trim-work, curated hand picked antiques, large living spaces, and original artwork by the homeowner create fine opulence. (Main floor; Kitchen, full bathroom, dining room, eat in kitchen, living room, sitting room, Bedroom with full bed and en-suite toilet room, and laundry room.) Enter through the front porch and self check-in and you are greeted with a grand wide open space. On your right is the first living room with a wood burning fireplace for you to cozy up to at night. We provide complimentary cut wood for your stay! Or grab a book from the built-in bookcase. The main dining room that seats 8 is to the left as well as the media living room, with ample room for all to cozy up and watch movies or Netflix on the big screen television! Enjoy complimentary snacks upon arrival! We also have a "game center" with all the traditional board games, cards, and drawing supplies. Also provided is an extensive amount of brochures about the areas that can give you more detail about all the fun things to do in the area. The kitchen is completely stocked to cook your own gourmet meals, and more! Old school popcorn marker with popcorn kernels, waffle maker for cozy breakfasts at home, and ingredients to whip up some chocolate chip cookies! We also supply basics like oatmeal, cereal, water, and condiments in the refrigerator. The first floor bedroom includes a cozy queen bed that overlooks the beautiful garden. It also includes a private toilet room perfect for getting ready for any event. You can eat your breakfast treats in the intimate kitchen nook that overlooks the water fountain and garden outside. There is a full bathroom with shower, office space with any necessities you might need to take some notes, and a laundry room off the kitchen. (Second floor; Out door porch, Master Bedroom, king bed w/ full en-suite bathroom and jet tub, 2 queen bedrooms and 3/4th bathroom) There are two different staircases that lead you up stairs. One staircase will lead you to the grand master bedroom. Large king size bed with 2 closets and multiple dressers provide ample room for an extended stay. The en-suite bathroom offers a jet jacuzzi tub and we provide complimentary Epson salts to soak! Two more bedrooms with queen sized beds and dressers are down the hallway on the second floor. We provide all the basic necessities you might need during your stay and more including a soy scented candle for a relaxing night in! A middle shared bathroom is also on the second floor to accommodate the guest rooms. Outdoor: Front door porch, fountain & patio set up outside the kitchen, small garden, large 2 acres of yard & trees. Guests will have full access to the main house and the full outdoor property. The studio, Attic and basement are off limits to guests. You are within 15-20 minutes of Woodinville and Millcreek where there are theaters, restaurants, shopping and other tourist/relaxation activities. There is lots of biking & hiking trails nearby and you can take a day trip up to Leavenworth (famous Bavarian town in the mountains) or Steven Pass if you are into snowboarding and skiing. We are the perfect setting for any wedding party getting ready for the big day as we are minutes from all the beautiful venues in the area including award winning Lord Hill Farms, Woodland Meadow Farms, Dairyland, Hidden Meadows, Snohomish Red Barn Events, Maroni Meadows, Twin Willow Gardens, Swans Trail Farms, and Craven Farm. - No public transportation, so you will need a rental car or use Lyft/Uber.
