Enjoy our 20x40 pool, brand NEW hot tub (installed in June 2021), Weber grill, hammock, and plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. Private and expansive, our outdoor space can't be beat. Pool is seasonal and is open from Memorial Day through September. The hot tub is available year-round. Bright, airy home with modern furnishings. Large kitchen with all the amenities of home. New refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. Dishwasher has a sanitize feature. All bathrooms are renovated. Primary bathroom shower includes overhead shower, multiple jets, and a handheld washer. Full dining room seats 6. Comfortable living room with fireplace during cooler months. Skylights offer lots of natural light. All bedrooms have closets, dressers, and ceiling fans. Direct TV in living room and all 3 bedrooms. TVs are all smart TVs. Wireless internet throughout home. Central air and heating. Washer and dryer in the basement. Washing machine has a sanitize feature. Guests have access to the entire property. We will not be present during your stay, but are available via phone or email should you have any questions. Located in Springs, East Hampton, our home is a 20-minute walk to beautiful Maidstone beach. Three Mile Harbor is at the end of the block and is perfect for kayaking and boating. There are several restaurants nearby and a market within just 3 blocks. A 10-minute drive to East Hampton village restaurants, shops, markets, and playgrounds. Also nearby are the South Fork wineries, multiple farmer's markets, theaters, and art museums. There are countless opportunities to enjoy the beaches, water, and outdoors! The East Hampton train station is a 10-minute drive. Please notify us if there will be more than 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. We are family friendly! We have a variety of pool floats, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Games include giant Connect 4, air hockey, cornhole, badminton, croquet, and fooseball. Various board games and books are also available. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses. We offer basic kitchen appliances as well, such as a Keurig, toaster, griddle, waffle maker, popcorn machine, and blender. Bath & beach towels, sheets, and a hair dryer are provided. Please note that we rent by the week or month only. Flexible pricing available for off-season. Guest access You'll have access to our entire home including the backyard pool, patio, and barbecue. Access to bikes included! Standard amenities include towels, sheets, and paper products. Guests are welcome to use any additional amenities or toiletries that are present. Other things to note We are a family-oriented rental in a residential neighborhood. Events and parties are not allowed. No loud music or other excessive noise, espeically in the back yard.
