Smart TV ,100s of DVDs- no cable/satellite. Wdw Fans & ac. Solar panels/EV charger. ALL welcome! VT requires no food waste go into garbage- we compost. Outdoor shower. Lg park area The space J1772 Level 2 EV charger, board games, newer kitchen with all the pots, pans and silverware you need. Microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer . Large area to park cars and snowmobile trailers. PRIVATE. Wood stove, wood provided in basement Outdoor shower in warmer months. Decorated with lots of art . lots of light and a cozy space. Dining room comfortable seats 6 but can accomodate 8. Well water. Guest access Entire house, plenty of outside parking. Outdoor hoses for hosing off bikes after a day on the trails. Shower in one bathroom and tub/shower in other bathroom. Outdoor shower in summer. Keycode to front door will be provided upon reservation. Only guests that are indicated as part of reservation are allowed ( eg if you say 3 adults but then want another person to stay you need to update reservation to reflect 4 people). Visitors of guests need to be cleared with hosts ( simply let host know friend so and do is coming by for dinner, bike ride etc). Other things to note If you need to check out later than 12PM you must make arrangements as cleaner may need to clean prior to next guests arrival. Contact host in advance to request later check out.
