We are ideal for those traveling for work, students and people who value a cozy and quiet atmosphere. This is not a party house. When you check out there is no need to do anything special (strip bed, wash sheets/towels run dishwasher, etc), we will take care of the cleaning details; generally tidy is enough. We set this place up to be ideal for work travelers and students. Check-in is fast, simple and easy and the area is quiet and out of the path of mid-town traffic. We strive to maintain a quiet environment so our guests can relax, study and sleep while they are here. Someone is usually immediately available to answer questions and requests as well as handle urgent situations. Keyless entry makes check-in easy without having to coordinate a meeting or worry about a key to pick up or lose. The interior is set up to be very soothing and relaxing, we want you to be able to feel at home and get some rest when you need to. There is a full sized fridge for any extras you may want to bring or buy. For cooking there is a Frigidaire microwave and convection oven. There is free wifi and in-wall USB charging ports. The smartTV has most of the popular streaming apps so you can login to your favorite service. Local TV can be accessed through the NewsOn app but it does not offer network broadcast. ** The suite is a casita which is on the same foundation and under the same roof as the primary residence. The limitations of the description interface of Air BnB only allows the living space as separate or shared. You have the entire 600 sf suite and its amenities to yourself but it is not the entirety of the attached residence. Guest access You have the run of the place, it's all yours while you're here and we're right next door if you need anything at all. Other things to note We are coffee enthusiasts and we even do our own roasting. If you have a craving for super-fresh espresso, cappuccino, cold-brewed or Bulletproof Coffee, say the word and I'll brew one up (as long as I'm home.) We also love pu'erh tea (a fermented Chinese black tea) if you'd like to try some. We are very health conscious and eat very clean. If you're looking for farmers' markets and other places to find more wholesome, less processed or industrially produced foods, we can can advise on where to find organic and locally sourced produce, raw dairy and grass-fed and pastured meats. We now include a hidden camera detector left for your use. We have seen many stories of late about privacy being compromised and hidden surveillance devices being found in some Air BnB rentals. So there will be a handheld scanner you can use to sweep the casita if you so choose and rest assured that your privacy is a primary concern. See the listing photos.
