Access to the studios is quite convenient with double flights of stairs, and the step height is standard (not 25 cm high) like most homes in the area. Via dell'Indipendenza is only passable at certain hours of the day for residents with a permit. The paid municipal parking is less than 100 meters away, and essential shops are very close: supermarket (10m), fruit and vegetable store (12m), tobacco shop (10m), fishmonger (15m), bakery (25m), pharmacy (90m), butcher, hairdressers and barber, pizzeria, traditional Gaetan inn, and much more. On Via dell'Indipendenza, you can admire the characteristic alleys of the historic center, small glimpses of the sea, and small typical shops where you can savor local delicacies, in particular the tasty Tiella Gaetana. The seafront is 80 meters away, convenient for those who enjoy walking, and Serapo beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Guest access The paid municipal parking is less than 100 meters away, so guests can comfortably reach the property on foot in two minutes after parking their car. During the summer months, it may take longer to find a spot (as in all areas of Gaeta) since it is a very popular tourist destination and the population increases. The property is located at Via Indipendenza and is in a ZTL zone, so it can be accessed by car only by residents with a permit. The host will provide guests with all the necessary information for check-in. Other things to note At The Sorabellas, the following rules apply throughout the property and on any booking platform. Everything used in the kitchen must be washed and put back as it was found at check-in. No animals of any kind or size are allowed. All studios are non-smoking (smoking is allowed in outdoor areas such as balconies or terraces, depending on the studio booked). Minimum age for children: 4 years old. Minimum age for unaccompanied young people: 23 years old. Age restrictions are solely for the purpose of ensuring the peace and quiet of the property. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
