The Sorabellas is a tourist accommodation located in Via Indipendenza in the heart of the historic center of Gaeta. The property consists of three cute and comfortable studios on different levels. The photos show the terrace overlooking the sea, the 18 sqm studio apartment on the 3rd floor that can accommodate a maximum of 2 people with a foldaway French bed, a kitchenette, a private bathroom, a balcony, an exclusive terrace with sea view, furnished with various amenities. The stay is 1 euro, to be paid on site The space The Sorabellas is a tourist accommodation, located in a strategic position of Gaeta, in fact it is located in the historic and typical Gaeta street. The property is located in a recently renovated characteristic building (no alleys and zero humidity), consisting of three studios on three different floors (first, second and third floor) all with kitchenette, private bathroom and a series of amenities and can accommodate up to 10 people. The AMARE studio apartment is located on the second floor. Access to the studios is quite comfortable having double ramps and the height of the steps is normal.. (not 25 cm H) like most homes in the area. Via dell'Indipendenza is only accessible by car at certain times of the day for residents with permits. The municipal paid parking is less than 100 m away, the shops serving basic needs are very close: supermarket (10m), fruit and vegetables (12 m) tobacco (10m) fishmonger (15m), bakery (25m), pharmacy 90 m. butcher, hairdresser and barber, pizzeria, typical Gaetan inn and much more. In Via dell'Indipendenza you can see the characteristic alleys typical of Gaeta and you can savor the delights of the place, in particular the tasty Tiella Gaetana. The promenade is 80 meters away, convenient for those who love to walk and Serapo beach can be reached in about ten minutes, as it is secluded from the center. Guest access The Sorabellas' paid municipal parking is 100 meters from the property. In summer, being a popular tourist destination, parking is often not found quickly, especially at certain times, but we try to occupy one with our car to make parking easier for our guests. The property is in the center, 1 km from the nearest beach (10-minute walk). Below the house, there are all the basic shops: within 80 meters there is a small supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, hardware store, fishmonger and more The bus stop is 100 meters away.
