The space This property is a two story townhouse with all 3 bedrooms located up a flight of stairs on the second story. Upon entering, you will find the beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. The kitchen opens up to the dining/living room areas to accommodate guests. The living room has a wall mounted 55" TV. The dining area has a table and the granite countertop island offers 2 barstools for more seating. Double French doors (Impact Resistant) lead you out to your private backyard with brick pavers, outdoor patio furniture and a BBQ. One car garage and a driveway is also included, so no need to worry about parking for up to 2 cars. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom which overlooks the patio, has a king sized bed, a walk in closet, and furniture with a 32"TV and a newly renovated attached bathroom to include a granite countertop, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with furniture and a closet. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with beachy style furniture and overlooks the driveway. The upstairs bathroom has tub to relax in after a long day at the beach. Clothes washer and dryer are located inside the garage. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house. Other things to note Check in time on the day of arrival is after 3:00 pm. If you would like to request an earlier check in time (and if we are able to accommodate it) there will be an additional fee. Check out time on your departure day is 11:00 am as our cleaning crew arrives at 11:00 am to begin cleaning for the next guest. If you would like to request a later check out time (and if we are able to accommodate your request), an additional fee will apply.
