Vacation Rentals Villa Traunsee offers two luxury apartments in the heart of the Salzkammergut, located in Gmunden on the beautiful Lake Traunsee. Both apartments enjoy stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains and are perfectly situated as a starting point for hiking, trekking, mountain biking, and water sports activities. The Traunseeblick Apartment features a spacious deck with outdoor furniture as well as a terrace with comfortable lounge chairs. The space Our Villa Traunsee is newly built and offers two fully equipped villa-level apartments for holiday rental. Both apartments are surrounded by spacious terraces and offer beautiful views of Lake Traunsee, the Höllengebirge mountains, and the historic town of Gmunden. The Grünberg cable car is located just 1.7 km from the apartments. The villa is situated on an elevated hillside; from here it is only a short walk (approx. 1 km) to the public lakeside area with direct lake access. The “Traunseeblick” Apartment (121 m²) features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—one with a shower and toilet, the other with a shower and a separate toilet. The apartment offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a large, fully equipped kitchen. From the 50 m² terrace, guests can enjoy stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The house is well heated and therefore also ideal for autumn and winter stays. Pets are welcome – additional cleaning fee €10 per pet / per day. Free private parking is available directly at the property. Guest access Guests have access to the complete Apartment Traunseeblick on the second floor as well as the terrace and deck on the second floor. Private parking and a storage unit are available and accessible. Bikes on site can be used.
