Welcome to your Lake Texoma retreat. Whether you want to do some fishing with your friends, have a lake getaway with your family, or hit the lake or casino, our cozy home is close to it all. Equipped with everything you need to be comfortable, our incredible game room has more than enough fun to last you a weekend. Enjoy some time on the water, hang by the fire, and test your luck at our game tables. Unplug, unwind, and give yourself (and your family/friends) the getaway you deserve. The space Smart TV in living room and roku tv both bedrooms. Wifi , good enuf for Netflix but not gaming. Covered front porch. Gameroom. Outdoor fire pit. Kitchen spices, dishes, dishwasher, bathroom paper, soap, shampoo, towels, laundry soap, extra linens, pillows, central ac/heat, extra portable fans. Fish cleaning table and gut bucket, then you can drive to lake and dump away from swimmers. No pets, No smoking except outside and gameroom, No loud music, No events or parties. Guest access You get the entire home and gameroom. Any food left there can be eaten by you. Or you can throw it away. I try to only keep non disposable items but the refrigerator is stocked with condiments. Other things to note No pets, No loud music, No parties or events, No smoking in house, only in gameroom or outside. We have a new gameroom, Smoking allowed in gameroom. Please dont make the beds you sleep in so I can know which beds need to be cleaned. Put all your trash in the green polycart in the front yard by the electric pole or sometimes left out by the road. Trash day is Wednesday so please pull it out to the street edge to be picked up. Do your own dishes or you can leave them clean in dishwasher and I will be happy to put them away.
