Las Gaviotas is the premier community in Northern Baja, located 1/2 hour south of the San Diego/Mexico border. Our cute studio has everything you need for a quick getaway. Comfortable bed, cozy fresh linens, kitchenette with all the necessities including a fridge for your wine or cervezas, coffee maker for the morning cup o' joe. Check out the surf conditions right outside the door of the studio, and take the path and staircase right down to the malecón. Take a walk to the left down the malecón towards the beach where you'll find palapas, beach volleyball, fire pits, and the renown surf break. Las Gaviotas complex is home to one of Baja’s best surf breaks and gorgeous coastal views. A remarkable feature not found in any other community on the oceanfront is the stone malecón for morning walks with coffee and amazing sunsets with a margarita. Guest access The community also features fun amenities such as tennis and pickleball courts, pool & jacuzzi, shuffle board, private beach with palapas, fire pits, bbq grill and beach volleyball. Depending on the conditions you’ll see surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders, dolphin and of course, las gaviotas/seagulls. Other things to note SECURITY: At Las Gaviotas, you are secure with the gated entrance and hourly, walking security patrols. Security guards that work at Las Gaviotas are a wealth of information, and will help any guests that have any kind of issue. CHECK IN DETAILS: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival, and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. You will receive an email from "Las Gaviotas Condominio" to confirm your stay, and it will give you access into the community. Please be prepared to show this email/permit on your phone, OR have a hard copy printed to present to security. COMMUNITY RULES: Our studio accommodates ONLY 2 people. You’ll receive a list of community rules with the confirmation email. The rules keep the community enjoyable and safe for everyone … a peaceful paradise. PARKING: There are parking spaces just across from the studio. If those spaces are taken you’ll find additional parking spaces down the street. (No parking in front of our garage as we have to have access)
