Beautiful ocean view, industrial charming home!

Wonderful two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. Unit is located in a gated private community about 20-30 min. drive from the San Ysidro port. Stay in our guest bedroom with a beautiful view of the neighborhood. You will have access to the kitchen where you can feel free to cook breakfast or lunch. At night you can enjoy a movie the size of almost 100 inches with the mini HD projector. Access to the washer/dryer, with instructions provided. Internet wifi included. Self-check-in is available. The space I work in the mornings, remotely from my home office. You can easily contact me, via text, messenger or my US cell phone number for ease. Please be advised at the current moment there is no TV in the main living room. Although I do have a HD mini projector that you can use to watch movies on Netflix or connect your laptop via HDMI. Size of the image on the wall is about 100 inches diagonal. There is also a smart Roku TV in the second guest bedroom. During your stay I am available most days up until 4pm, after which I am off to my university classes. You can feel free to shoot me a message with any question or doubt about my apartment. I will do my best to respond as soon as possible in between classes. If you need recommendations to eateries, vineyards, local tourist spots, bars or clubs please just ask. Other things to note The home has a mini HD projector in the main living room, the couch is a pullout sofabed for extra sleep space. There is a bidet in the bathroom for hygiene purposes. The home has up to 200 Mbps internet connection for those business meetings through zoom or go-to-meeting.
