The neighborhood is located on east side of town near beaches and the nightlife for a very convenient walking access to local Dog parks, Jogging Parks and Easterlin Park that is a 46.6-acre Designated Urban Wilderness Area with nature trails lakes and ponds full of Florida wild life and things to do. Easy bus lines to Ft Lauderdale schools or las Olas Nigh life, Uber,Lift local Taxis are inexpensive to Wilton manors or downtown. Door inside Bathroom near sink is allways locked as its leader to main house and kitchen. This door is left locked since we renting the private room and back yard and not inside the main home use. We are pretty flexible people. you are NOT expected to clean your sheets or towels but if you use have lots trash please use the trash cans outside where you enter by gate, During your stay You room is cozy & very private and door locks from rest of the house if you wish to lock it. The yard and grounds are a Certified wildlife habitat by National Wildlife Federation. In the rear of yard there a gated area with a turtle that’s behind the Tiki hut Plenty of parking.
