Parking: The house includes one assigned parking spot located next to the house. If you need a second space, one is available nearby within the gated community (though not directly at the house) — just let us know in advance. Getting Around: Uber and taxis are readily available and will get you downtown for $2–4 USD. The city's ciclovía (dedicated bike lane) runs right in front of the gated community if you'd like to bike downtown instead (about 15 minutes). Guests have full, private access to Casa Capitán. Other things to note Other Things to Note Air conditioning is available in the main bedroom only. A fan is provided for guests who'd like extra airflow elsewhere in the house. The kitchen has a low ceiling, a nod to the home's original camper-era build — please mind your head, especially if you're tall. The community has 24/7 security. Please share your estimated arrival time ahead of check-in so the gate team is expecting you and you're not left waiting. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
