House was originally a travel camper that eventually grew into a two story beach cottage. It has been sufficiently remodelled and upgraded that only the ceiling height in the kitchen will remind you of it's humble origins. It has just the right spaces for a couple and guests. On the second floor you will find a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a great balcony with awesome beach and water views. House is within a quiet gated community were cars aren't really needed. Within walking distance you will find some great restaurants and shops. It's a quirky vibrant neighborhood. House is within a quiet gated beach community right on Ensenada's longest and nicest sandy beach. No one to block your view, walk 40 steps from the house to the water. Community has 24/7 security. Location, location, location! We are within easy access to Ensenada's best places to visit, 6 min drive to downtown, 3 min drive to major shopping center's and about 35 min drive to Guadalupe Valley (Wine Valley). House has ONE parking space next to it. In case you would need another space, there is nearby visitor parking inside the gated community but not at the house. UBER and taxis are easily available and will get you downtown for $2-4 USD. The city's ciclovía (dedicated cyclist lane) passes in front of our main entrance so you can bike to downtown if you'd like (15 min).
