Spacious and comfortably equipped holiday apartment - our holiday apartment 1 with its 65m² creates space for up to 5 people. The holiday apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Enjoy the quiet and sunny location in our cozy apartment on the Gerlosberg in the Zell-Gerlos holiday region. -- Local tax 2,60€ p.P./p.N. and the damage deposit of €200 are not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site upon check-in. -- The space Our house, newly built in 2020, is located on the Gerlosberg at approx. 930m above sea level and has 2 top-equipped holiday apartments on the first floor. Our guests will find 2 bedrooms with shower / toilet and a cozy eat-in kitchen with access to the balcony. On the ground floor is the entrance and the ski cellar, each with its own cellar compartment with a ski boot dryer. Bicycles can be parked there in summer. Guest access 2 parking spaces are made available to our guests per apartment.
