Before check-in, you'll receive a unique door code created exclusively for your reservation for a secure and seamless arrival. The main entrance is located on Clark Street and is well-lit by a nearby street lamp. Once inside, you'll find the light switch immediately to your right. Your Wi-Fi information will be provided before arrival, and complimentary street parking is available along both Clark and Evie Streets. Inside the home, you'll find a guest guide in the kitchen with helpful information about the property and the local area. We've also included a special book sharing the fascinating history of the Bartlett National Bank, details of its restoration, and stories from some of Bartlett's longtime residents. Old buildings like this one might have a stray spider, and during certain seasons in Texas, crickets can make an appearance. Staying longer? Book 30 nights to qualify as a long-term stay, avoid occupancy taxes, and take advantage of our monthly discounts, which are applied automatically. Message us if you want help adjusting your dates. We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills. All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit. Verification Portal: To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored. By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification. We'll also place a temporary hold of $250 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly. Late Check-Out Policy: Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
